Once upon a time there was a Faery and she planted a Ruffle patch and out sprouted some deliciously Colorful TuTus and THAT was the start of Kelsey's Creations. In years passing she continued with her love for Ruffly things and her collection of costume bits and bobs grew and evolved. THEN one day she met her handsome knight in rusty armor and discover he had a skill for sewing and creating too. Together the created the Guy Line for the boys of the world. Then in a magical and wonderful whirl wind of creative crafty times the delightful and savey business minded Sheila has a brilliant idea. She offers to help create a Etsy Shop to help the world access more fun and ruffles thru the magical realms of Kelseys Creations and the Guy Line.
